prepared for all possible costs and fees.
- On an urban residential transaction, the closing
costs/fees/disbursements could include any or all of the following:
- real estate fee or commission
- land transfer tax
- title insurance
- mortgage financing appraisal fees/insurance
- survey fee
- legal fees/disbursements
- municipal tax adjustments, fuel, house insurance, new home warranty
fee, applicable taxes (GST or PST)
- Note: don't be surprised at closing time. Ask your lawyer long before.
