  • On an urban residential transaction, the closing costs/fees/disbursements could include any or all of the following:
    • real estate fee or commission
    • land transfer tax
    • title insurance
    • mortgage financing appraisal fees/insurance
    • survey fee
    • legal fees/disbursements
    • municipal tax adjustments, fuel, house insurance, new home warranty fee, applicable taxes (GST or PST)
