- Be flexible in scheduling showings
- Collect the cards of agents who show your home and pass them on to me
- If possible, do not be present when the home is being shown
- Be cautious of saying anything to a buyer or their agent that would weaken your negotiating position, especially regarding price or urgency to sell
- If approached directly by a buyer who doesn't have an agent, please
refer them to me. Do not allow them to view the property unescorted
- Let me know of any change to the property's condition that we would need to disclose to the potential buyer
- Advise me of any contact numbers while you are out of town
